Richard from the moment we called you in a panic you were helpful and supportive. Jamestown wasn't on our 'Big lap' map but it was a fabulous place to have an unplanned 24hr stop over. You and your staff went out of your way to deal with our glitchy car computer and get us back on the road. Thanks to you we now feel confident on crossing the Nullabor without issue.
